TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY – Schick Quattro for Women On-Pack Promotion

  1. Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of these terms and conditions of entry.
  2. Submission of an entry and / or acceptance of a prize is deemed to be acceptance of these terms and conditions of entry. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions you should not enter the competition or accept a prize.
  3. This promotion is open to New Zealand residents only. Anyone employed by (or an immediate family member of someone employed by) Energizer Ltd, associated companies or advertising agencies, is ineligible to enter or win.
  4. You may enter online by purchasing any Schick Quattro for Women product and entering the last six digits of the barcode into the online entry form.
  5. All valid entries received will be entered into the relevant weekly draw for the Schick Summer Starter Pack (see section 6(d) for dates) and the daily draw for the Bikini (see section 7(b) for dates).
  6. Weekly Prize – Schick Summer Starter Pack
    1. Weekly prize is a Schick Summer Starter Pack. Prize includes 1 x Sony Flip Video Camera, 1 x Thin Lizzy Fake It Bronzer, 1 x Rip Curl Starry Nights Boho hat, 1 x Rip Curl Sandy sunglasses in black. 1 x Rip Curl Check Spot jandals in pink, 1 x Rip Curl  Tie Dye beach, 1 x Rip Curl Twister Tri Bikini, 1 x OPI nail polish in Purple, 2 x Banana Boat Everyday Sunscreen, 1 x Quattro 4 Women Trimstyle Razor, 1 x Pack Quattro 4 Women Disposable razors, 2 x Schick Shave Gels. Energizer Ltd reserves the right to substitute the prize or any component of the prize for a prize of equal or greater value if unavailable.
    2. There will be one Summer Starter Pack awarded every week for nine weeks, a total of 9 prize packs
    3. Part of the Summer Starter Pack is a bikini, this will be awarded as a voucher.
    4. Entries for the weekly draw must be received by midnight on 17/10/10, 24/10/10, 31/10/10, 7/11/10, 14/11/10, 21/11/10, 28/11/10, 5/12/10 and 12/12/10. The weekly prize will be randomly drawn at 5pm the following Tuesday from all valid entries received during the promotion.
    5. If prize winner is under the age of eighteen, the prize will be awarded to the winner’s parent or guardian.
  7. Weekly Prizes – Bikinis
    1. There will be one bikini awarded every day from the 11/10/10 to 12/12/10, a total of 63 bikinis.
    2. Valid entries received before midnight each day between the 11/10/10 and 12/12/10 will be entered into the daily prize draw and the weekly prize draw. The winner will be randomly drawn from the valid entries received and will be couriered the prize within 2 weeks of the draw.
  8. All entries received from the optional field on the entry form “Enter your best summer survival tip” will be entered into the draw for a year’s worth of shaving from Schick. One entry will be drawn at midnight on the 12/12/10 and the winner will be supplied with 8 x 4 pack of Schick Quattro for Women blades, 3 x Schick Quattro for Women disposables, 2 x Schick Quattro for Women razors and 4 x Schick Shave Gels.
  9. Energizer Ltd shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained relating to this promotion or any prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. It is a condition of accepting a prize that each prize winner (and anyone accompanying the main prize winner) may be required to sign a release in a form determined by Energizer Ltd in its absolute discretion.
  10. By accepting a prize, the winner agrees that Energizer Ltd may use his/her name, address and photograph for publicity purposes including but not restricted to packaging, public relations and marketing via the internet or otherwise.
  11. All prizes stated are not transferable and not redeemable for cash.
  12. Entrants must keep their proof of purchase (till receipt). In the event of a dispute, Energizer Ltd reserves the right to seek proof of purchase before awarding prizes.
  13. All entries remain the property of Energizer Ltd. All personal information will be collected and stored by Energizer Ltd (address set out below) in accordance with the Privacy Act 1993. Energizer Ltd may use your personal information to conduct the promotion and for any future promotional and advertising initiatives (if the consent box on the entry form has been ticked). You have the right to access the information and request correction of any errors in it pursuant to the Privacy Act 1993.
